The best way to book one of our rooms is through our website. You can also call us, however, it may take a little longer in busier periods. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

At Caboose hotel, we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That’s why we take pride in providing a delightful continental breakfast to all of our valued guests. Start your morning off right by indulging in variety of delicious options that cater to your taste and dietary preference (please advise in advance if you require GF options). From freshly baked pastries to a selection of cereals, meats and cheese, yogurts, and seasonal fruits, our continental breakfast has something for everyone.

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Check in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Our hotel reception is closed between 12pm and 3pm so please contact us if you are planning to arrive earlier. Check out is at 11am on your departure day. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to request an early check in or late check out. Whilst it’s not always possible, we will do our utmost to accommodate your travel plans where possible.

We have one travel cot available for guest use at Caboose. Please call us in advance of your stay to reserve use of this.

Please contact reception should you require directions, further recommendations, taxis or ironing equipment.

We will do our utmost to cater for dietary requirements. Please inform us of these when making your booking.

Reception is not open 24 hours. Therefore, in an emergency please call one of the following numbers. If it is a life-threatening emergency please call 999 for Police, Ambulance or Fire Services.

If it is any other emergency, please call the Caboose Emergency Number on +44 7770 211263. This number is only operational between 20:00 to 07:00

We do not operate a minimum or maximum length of stay. For longer stays, we will need to routinely service the room.

We would highly recommend you visit our two sister properties during your stay in Salisbury. Deacons is a traditional, friendly and independently owned free house pub 1-minute walk from Caboose. Tinga is an exciting and immersive Mexican restaurant and bar just 4 minutes’ drive or 11-minute walk from Caboose.

We have no onsite parking, however, the railway station car park is a 1-minute walk from Caboose. Salisbury Central Car Park is also nearby, only a 2-minute drive/6-minute walk. There are several 30-minute parking bays opposite Caboose which allow you to drop off your luggage and check in before parking in one of the above car parks.

Well behaved pets are allowed in our outside area, however, animals are not permitted inside the building in both the Parlour and Residence.

All of our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. We supply illy coffee (caffeinated and decaffeinated), a variety of Dammann tea, illy sugar (white and demerara), semi-skimmed milk, Lotus caramelised biscuits.

A bottle of water and a packet of Candy Kittens sweets (Vegan, Gluten Free, Natural Flavours) is also provided for each guest within our rooms.

Every room is equipped with a hairdryer which can be found in the one of the baskets within the wardrobe unit.

Each room is also fitted with an individually controlled air conditioning unit so you can control the temperature of your room. We ask that you give the unit a few minutes to warm up if selecting the heating setting. Full usage instructions are provided within our Room Information Folders.

We offer a no smoking policy throughout Caboose in the Parlour and Residence. However, you may smoke in our outside area and ask that you use the cigarette bins provided.

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.
